Return Policy
All Heirloom Honey pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Because our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, wear-testing shows they hold up — but jewelry is intimate, so no returns for sizing or preference once shipped.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If an eligible issue occurs, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.
